Return & Refund Policies
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@multiversalmerch.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back to us within 30 days of receiving the return instructions.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@multiversalmerch.com within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
- Check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@multiversalmerch.com.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
